Tiwana Benjamin

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Tiwana Benjamin has been part of WAPC since 1996 and played a foundational role in its growth after transitioning from the mother church. She has served in nearly every teaching and ministry capacity—from Sunday School and Bible studies to youth leadership and compassionate care outreach. Currently in her second term as Youth Leader, she continues to shape the next generation with prayer, wisdom, and personal mentorship. Professionally, she has a background in HR and recruitment, and is married to Michael Benjamin with whom she shares five children. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:8.

Monique Bowford

TREASURER, EX-OFFICIO BOARD MEMBER

Since joining WAPC in 2013, Monique Bowford has been an active leader in youth ministry, preaching, teaching, and financial stewardship. Originally from Jamaica, she now calls Wilmington home and currently serves as the NJ/DE Youth President at the district level. Professionally, Monique works in the electronics industry as a supply chain manager, bringing precision and leadership to all she does. She has a burden for the Spanish-speaking community in Wilmington and lead WAPC’s Spanish ministry. Her ministry is marked by passion, purpose, and commitment. Her favorite scripture is Isaiah 41:10 (KJV).

Jeffrey Crawford

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Jeffrey Crawford has served faithfully at WAPC since 2017, contributing to ministries such as media production, sanitation, street outreach, and the finance committee. His commitment to excellence is evident in both spiritual and practical areas, from managing baptismal upkeep to participating in outreach events like OCNJ. Professionally, Jeff works in data privacy, compliance, and project management, holding certifications in Lean and responsible AI. His leadership reflects both a heart for service and a sharp strategic mind.

Genevievre Fontaine

SECRETARY

Genevievre Fontaine, affectionately known as Gigi, joined WAPC in 2018 and has become an invaluable leader and administrator. She currently serves as both Youth Leader and Church Secretary, roles in which her compassion and organizational excellence shine. With a professional background in nursing and volunteer work with CSI, Gigi brings both care and compassion to her ministry. Her favorite scripture, John 15:13, speaks to her selfless dedication. She is also a proud dog owner.

Aaron Johnson

EX-OFFICIO BOARD MEMBER

Aaron Johnson has been an active member of WAPC since 2013 and is currently leading a church plant in Chester, PA, called Hope Apostolic. He has served faithfully on the ministry team since 2016 in roles ranging from youth leadership to adult Sunday School and outreach. Known for his passion for teaching Bible studies, Aaron brings both spiritual depth and a heart for the community. He and his wife Sherreda have five children, and his favorite scripture is Romans 1:16 (KJV).

Claudine Dee Lowe

EX-OFFICIO BOARD MEMBER

Claudine Lowe has been a faithful member of WAPC since 1997, serving in teaching, preaching, and prayer roles across all levels of ministry. She has taught classes for new converts and disciples, served as Prayer Coordinator, and ministered in regular church services. With a master’s in Strategic Leadership and a career in construction management spanning 28+ years, Claudine brings both spiritual insight and professional acumen. Her outreach includes work with women in prison and compassionate care ministries. She is married to Melvin Lowe, and her favorite scriptures are Jeremiah 29:11 and Proverbs 3:5–6.

Robert Pannell

TRUSTEE, VICE CHAIRMAN

Robert Pannell serves as a Worship Leader at WAPC and is known for his heart of worship and dedication to ministry. He and his wife Monica are parents to seven children: Robert, Chelsey, Solomon, Isaiah, Devon, Noah, and Micah. His favorite scriptures, Isaiah 9:6 and 2 Corinthians 5:19, reflect his deep reverence for the redemptive power of Christ. Robert’s leadership uplifts the congregation and helps guide worship into meaningful encounters with God.

Isaac Ruff

TRUSTEE

Isaac Ruff has been a devoted member of WAPC since 1998 and currently pastors a daughter work in Claymont, DE. Over the years, he has served in various capacities, including youth leadership, worship, Bible Quiz coaching, and men's ministry. His commitment extends beyond the church, playing a key role in outreach initiatives such as adopt-a-block and community events. Isaac is married to Alice Ruff and remains a strong pillar of support in both spiritual and practical areas of ministry.

Barry Warren

TRUSTEE

Barry Warren has been a devoted member of WAPC since 2014, joining the church after retiring from the military. Over his 20+ years of church involvement, he has served in roles such as trustee, advisory board member, and Bible study teacher. Barry is known for his willingness to serve wherever needed and his consistent support of church leadership and prayer initiatives. His disciplined background and spiritual dedication make him a reliable presence in the WAPC community.
