ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
With over two decades of service, Tiwana Benjamin has led across youth, prayer, teaching, and outreach ministries. She brings heart, structure, and mentorship to every role she holds.

TREASURER
Monique Bowford is a dynamic youth ministry leader and NJDE District Youth President. A Jamaican native turned Wilmington local, she combines spiritual leadership with a corporate edge.

Jeffrey Crawford
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Jeffrey Crawford serves across finance, media, and outreach teams at WAPC. With a professional background in compliance and project management, he’s known for his excellence and reliability.

Genevievre Fontaine
SECRETARY
Genevievre “Gigi” Fontaine serves as Youth Leader and Secretary, bringing compassion and strong organization to WAPC. She’s also a nurse and committed community volunteer.

Aaron Johnson has served in ministry since 2016 and is currently planting Hope Apostolic in Chester, PA. He’s a dedicated husband and father of five, known for his passion for outreach and teaching

Claudinia Dee Lowe
EX-OFFICIO BOARD MEMBER
Claudinia Lowe has taught, preached, and led prayer ministries since 1997. With a background in leadership and construction management, she serves with both strength and grace.

John Newman has served at WAPC since 2013, currently leading Junior Bible Quizzing and serving as District Youth Secretary. He’s passionate about mentoring the next generation.

Robert Pannell
TRUSTEE, VICE CHAIR
Robert Pannell leads worship at WAPC and is the proud father of seven. His ministry reflects a deep love for scripture and creating powerful worship experiences.

Isaac Ruff
TRUSTEE
Isaac Ruff has been a faithful WAPC member since 1998 and now pastors a daughter work in Claymont, DE. His ministry spans youth, worship, and community outreach.

Barry Warren
TRUSTEE
After retiring from the military, Barry Warren brought over 20 years of church service experience to WAPC. He supports ministry through prayer, teaching, and leadership wherever needed.
